David Rosenblit

Owner & General Manager

A deep passion for the culinary arts has inspired David to pursue a career improving restaurants since his graduation from Emory University.

David spent several years as a task-force F&B consultant for the Carver Companies, a leading name in restaurant consulting. While working for Carver, David quickly established himself as a go-to expert on revamping struggling restaurants in high end hotels, including The Westin in San Antonio, The Omni William Penn in Pittsburgh, the Des Moines Hilton, and the JW Marriott Savannah.

This passion and experience has brought him to Salisbury to open an exciting new casual fine dining restaurant in the all new Hilton Double Tree. His contemporary ideas mixed with Executive Chef Phillip Trouts culinary expertise lends itself to form the perfect partnership.

With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, Phillip walked into the restaurant world with passion and never looked back. What began as a step into a kitchen quickly grew into a full-blown career built on hard work, creativity, and a deep love for food. Over the years, Phillip honed his skills across various cuisines, led dynamic kitchen teams, and brought bold flavors to life for countless guests. Whether he’s crafting a signature dish or designing a new menu, Phillip’s goal is always the same: deliver unforgettable dining experiences through quality, authenticity, and heart.
